The Community Baptist Church of Millers Mills is associated with the American Baptist Churches.
This church is interdenominational and community-wide with a cordial welcome to all people and faiths.
Membership is open to all by baptism, letter of transfer, or Christian experience.
Worship has existed in this community since its founding in 1790, when Margretha and Andrew Miller and their family led settlers here from Renssalear.
The Free Baptist Society of the Town of Columbia was organized in 1820 and the church built in 1831; enlarged in 1901; and destroyed by fire in 1980.
The present building was dedicated in 1982, and symbolizes the community spirit and Christian witness of the area.
